A patient who previously underwent labiaplasty 

and VIVEVE® treatment at our clinic in 2022

returned this time to consider vaginal implant treatment, 

which offers longer-lasting results than fillers, in combination with VIVEVE®.

After a thorough consultation and evaluation,

we proceeded with the procedure and inserted three vaginal implant lines

at the 4 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 8 o’clock positions.

A vaginal implant is made from acellularized allogenic dermal collagen,

processed into a knotted structure.

This creates a subtly textured, embossed-like sensation,

and as the collagen integrates into the tissue,

the area gradually feels firmer and more supportive over time.

The patient who received this treatment is a 37-year-old woman

who chose the procedure to achieve greater

 vaginal tightening and improved elasticity.

At her follow-up visit 50 days after the procedure,

she expressed a very high level of satisfaction with the results.

She also shared, with a lighthearted smile,

that her partner noticed a change and felt the area was tighter,

leading to increased sensitivity.

She joked about whether that was a good thing or not—

a comment that clearly reflected her satisfaction with the outcome.

We shared a laugh together as we scheduled her next appointment.

Moments like these are deeply rewarding.
